The CD28 Bioassay, Propagation Model is a bioluminescent reporter cell-based assay that can be used to measure the potency and stability of antibodies and other potential biologics that activate CD28. The assay consists of two genetically engineered cell lines, CD28 Effector Cells and FcγRIIb aAPC/CHO-K1 Cells. These cells are provided in Cell Propagation Model (CPM) format, which includes cryopreserved cells that can be thawed, propagated and banked for long-term use.
