The Autophagy LC3 HiBiT Reporter Assay System provides a homogeneous, bioluminescent, plate-based method for quantitative assessment of autophagy, including simple and reliable discrimination between inducers and inhibitors of the pathway. You can utilize the Autophagy LC3 HiBiT Reporter Vector to stably express the reporter at low levels in a chosen cell line or take advantage of ready-to-use reporter-expressing clonal lines: HEK293 Autophagy LC3 HiBiT Reporter Cell Line and U2OS Autophagy LC3 HiBiT Reporter Cell Line. Following cell treatment with test compounds, a simple add-mix-measure protocol using the Nano-Glo® HiBiT Lytic Detection System produces a luminescent signal directly proportional to the level of autophagy reporter present.
