Il substrato/inibitore Intracellular TE Nano-Glo® è utilizzato per i saggi di coinvolgimento del bersaglio (TE) intracellulari NanoBRET™. Il substrato/inibitore Intracellulare TE Nano-Glo® Substrato/Inibitore contiene due componenti: il substrato NanoBRET™ Nano-Glo® e l'inibitore NanoLuc extracellulare.® inibitore. Il substrato NanoBRET™ Nano-Glo® è il substrato utilizzato dalla NanoLuc® Luciferasi per generare il segnale donatore in diversi dosaggi NanoBRET™. L'inibitore extracellulare NanoLuc® Extracellular NanoLuc è usato per sopprimere qualsiasi segnale NanoLuc® all'esterno delle cellule.
