GloMax®-Multi+ with Instinct Software Outdated Versions
Download GloMax Multi+ Detection System Firmware (version 04.11.0) and
Software (version 2.2.0) (.zip)
To perform the update, follow these steps:
- Copy the firmware files (af.ldf, ff.ldf and fc.ldf) provided to the root of the USB stick and insert into the USB drive on the instrument.
- Press the Ok button when asked to update firmware.
- Remove the firmware files from the USB stick after process is complete.
- Copy the executable file (*.exe) provided to the root of the USB stick and insert into the USB drive on the instrument.
- Press the Ok button when asked to update software.
- Remove executable file from the USB stick after process is complete.
- Run empty plate for each detection module as well as for each fluorescence optical kit immediately after SW/FW upgrade. It is not necessary to read the entire plate. Reading one well will be sufficient (e.g, select well A1 only).
Note: The empty plate runs will take longer than current reads and once this step is completed for each optical kit and module the normal expected plate read times will occur.
