Samantha Llewellyn develops predictive 3D liver models for nanomaterial safety assessment. Her research aims to predict potential human hazards resulting from engineered nanomaterial (ENM) exposures. She used the CellTiter-Glo® 3D Assay to assess ATP levels of all the cells within spheroids, including the necrotic core.
